After travelling the world, Angelo arrived in New Zealand in 1996, buying his first café in Auckland on Dominion Road. Since then he has run seven successful deli cafés before settling in the beautiful Wanaka region. Born to an Italian mother and a Cypriot chef father, food has been a significant part of Angelo’s life since he was a boy. He loves cooking, and he also has a passion for fishing, archery, hunting and getting into the great outdoors. It stands to reason that these two great loves would cumulate in The Game Chef.
In Angelo’s Wild Kitchen he includes the family in the mix and creates a volume of recipes that work well in any home kitchen.
