Kirsty Senior and Sophie Gilmour are the owner-operators behind FATIMAS, a beloved Middle Eastern-inspired eatery with three busy stores in Auckland.

Kirsty, a co-founder of FATIMAS, brings decades of experience and a deep passion for delivering high quality, high flavour cuisine. 

Sophie, a prominent figure in Auckland's hospitality scene, co-founded the successful eatery Bird On A Wire before joining Fatimas in 2018.
